Many Wild Order products contain freshwater pearls, natural gemstones, crystals, wood, and other naturally varied materials. Differences in color, shape, size, pattern, texture, inclusions, and luster are natural characteristics and do not automatically qualify as defects.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of products purchased will exactly match how they appear on a particular screen or device.

Product descriptions may be changed without notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time and may limit the quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Wild Order reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason at its discretion.

An order is not accepted until Wild Order confirms acceptance and successfully receives and processes payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Eligible orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not already been dispatched. After the 24-hour cancellation period or after dispatch, the order cannot be canceled.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. Where permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.

However, all sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Wild Order.

You and Wild Order consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of courts with lawful jurisdiction over the applicable dispute.
